As a supplier to the transport sector, we are certified with Achilles Link-up, the UK rail industry supplier registration and qualification scheme. As engineers and safety/quality professionals in the rail industry, we comply with European Procurement Legislation and Railway Group Standards.

Constructionline

Constructionline is the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service that collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91, the standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication within the construction industry.

NICEIC

Elm Site Services is an approved contractor meeting the NICEIC specifications of training and work of electrical enterprises in the UK, ensuring safety procedures carried out during delivery of projects.

FIRAS

We have recently been accredited FIRAS — the fire shutters installation certification by UKAS to EN45011, which means that our on-site inspectors and sprinkler engineers have technical and practical knowledge and experience in fire protection.

IOSH

We belong to the world’s biggest professional health and safety membership organization. We have all the know-how to tackle occupational health and safety issues. We are successfully managing all health and safety, promoting health at work and preparing for work. We rigorously follow all our guidelines on site and in the office.

NEBOSH

NEBOSH globally recognised qualifications are designed to meet the health, safety, environmental and risk management requirements. Our professional health and safety advisors and environmental practitioners are certified to give you the best advice and guidance.

City & Guilds Qualified Engineers (CEng) & Qualified Plumbers

Our Engineers are all certified to the latest City & Guilds. This qualification is designed to ensure that practising electricians are familiar with the use of the Institute of Electrical Engineer’s Code of Practice for in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment.

British Safety Council

Company policy is in strict compliance with the Health & Safety Executive legislation and the British Safety Council.

NFRC — National Federation of Roofing Contractors

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors is the UK’s largest roofing trade association. Membership depends on a rigorous application, ongoing review and site inspection, and every member works to the NFRC Code of Practice. Elm Site Services is an NFRC member.
